DESCRIPTION:REGISTRATION:\nEach team has a team number that will be needed to register through TennisLink. Please contact your captain or District League Coordinator for your team registration number. Simply go to Tennislink and click on “register for a team” and use the number from your team captain. \n  \n\n\n\n\nPlease click here to view the event schedule.If you are trying to coordinate flights or travel\, we suggest arriving Thursday night before the event and departing after 6/8 p.m. on Sunday\, depending on weather and team advancement.  \n  \nCAPTAIN’S CHECK-IN:\nCaptains may check-in prior to team’s first match on Friday at Genesis. \n  \nPLAYER GIFTS:\nAll players attending the section invitational will receive a player gift. Captains will pick up all gifts at Captain’s Check-in and distribute gifts to team members. \n  \nCAPTAINS MEETING:\nThe Captains’ Meeting will be held as a webinar. The link to join the meeting will be listed below. This mandatory meeting should be attended by the captain and/or co-captain only. DESCRIPTION:Please note: Schedules will not be available/posted until two weeks before the event. If you are trying to coordinate flights or travel\, we suggest arriving Thursday night before the event and departing after 6/8 p.m. on Sunday\, depending on weather and team advancement.  \n  \nAll individual players must complete the online registration by their district deadlines.  Teams that don’t complete the registration by the specified time may be replaced.  Contact your district league coordinator for deadlines. No player will be able to play at the section championships if they do not register and/or pay the fee. \n  \nCAPTAIN’S MEETING: Tuesday\, November 5 at 6:00 pm\nThis mandatory meeting will be held on Tuesday\, November 5 at 6:00 pm.  All captains should be on the call. If a captain is not available\, a co-captain should attend the webinar. Rules and regulations will be reviewed and any questions will be answered.  The call should last no more than 45 minutes. Teams will still need to have a representative check in their team at captain’s check-in and pick up the team info and gifts. \n  \nCAPTAIN’S CHECK-IN: TBA\nTeam captain or a representative needs to attend the captains check-in to review the team roster\, pick up the team info and collect player gifts. \n  \nCAPTAIN’S PHONE NUMBER:\n\nPlease update your phone number on your TennisLink account.  The phone number should be the cell you will have with you at the tournament.  In the event of rain\, we will notify you through the TennisLink Communication Center. \n  \nPlay will be at the following facility:\nCooper Tennis Center\n2331 E Pythian St \nSpringfield\, MO 65802 \n(417) 837-5800
