DESCRIPTION:Please note: Schedules will not be available/posted until two weeks before the event. If you are trying to coordinate flights or travel\, we suggest arriving Thursday night before the event and departing after 6/8 p.m. on Sunday\, depending on weather and team advancement.  \n  \nAll individual players must complete the online registration by their district deadlines.  Teams that don’t complete the registration by the specified time may be replaced.  Contact your district league coordinator for deadlines. No player will be able to play at the section championships if they do not register and/or pay the fee. \n  \nCAPTAIN’S MEETING: Tuesday\, November 5 at 6:00 pm\nThis mandatory meeting will be held on Tuesday\, November 5 at 6:00 pm.  All captains should be on the call. If a captain is not available\, a co-captain should attend the webinar. Rules and regulations will be reviewed and any questions will be answered.  The call should last no more than 45 minutes. Teams will still need to have a representative check in their team at captain’s check-in and pick up the team info and gifts. \n  \nCAPTAIN’S CHECK-IN: TBA\nTeam captain or a representative needs to attend the captains check-in to review the team roster\, pick up the team info and collect player gifts. \n  \nCAPTAIN’S PHONE NUMBER:\n\nPlease update your phone number on your TennisLink account.  The phone number should be the cell you will have with you at the tournament.  In the event of rain\, we will notify you through the TennisLink Communication Center. \n  \nPlay will be at the following facility:\nCooper Tennis Center\n2331 E Pythian St \nSpringfield\, MO 65802 \n(417) 837-5800
