MoKanNeb series wraps up with Wichita Air Capital Open

Another successful MoKanNeb adult tournament series event is in the books! This year’s MoKanNeb—a four-part tournament series with events taking place in Missouri, Kansas and Nebraska—wrapped up with the Level 5 Wichita Air Capital Open, which took place July 27-28 at the Ralph Wulz Riverside Tennis Center.

The tournament, which accepts registrations only from open-level men’s and women’s players, is always a fun watch as the level of competition is so high. And the chance for winning prize money made it even more competitive.

Please join us in congratulating the following players and teams on winning their respective draws:

Men’s Open Singles: Colin Foster (Wichita)

Women’s Open Singles: Daniela Ceniceros (Ciudad Juarez, Mexico)

Men’s Open Doubles: Keiran President (McPherson) & Mickel Alexander (Hillsboro)

For all draws and an overview of the tournament, please visit the event page. With the Wichita Air Capital Open the concluding tourney of MoKanNeb, Brady Keys of Liberty, Mo. was named the overall MoKanNeb series winner and earned prize money as a result.

While it’s always bittersweet to see another MoKanNeb series come to a close, we’re already excited for what’s in store for 2025. USTA Kansas would like to thank all participants for another exciting tournament series. It wouldn’t be the fun it is without you. We look forward to watching you compete in the future.
